Thrive 2026: 1:1 Business Coaching
This program is designed specifically for non-fashion retailers and hospitality businesses in the Garment District. Spanning from September to February, industry experts will coach participating businesses across key growth areas, including marketing, AI and tech, financing, supply chain management, staffing, security, and operational efficiency.
What your business gets
Practical, expert help built around your store or restaurant — not a generic webinar series.
1:1 virtual coaching
A custom business assessment and an online presence audit, delivered across two one-hour consultations. Up to 30 businesses go on to receive ongoing monthly coaching.
Optional monthly virtual workshops
Actionable training on marketing and digital transformation — the tactics that move holiday sales, timed to when you need them.
Optional weekly “Ask Me Anything” sessions
Drop in with whatever's on your plate that week, and network with neighboring businesses facing the same season.

Plan
Assess where your business stands, audit your online presence, and set a holiday strategy you can actually execute.
Launch
Put the plan to work through the peak season, with monthly workshops and weekly support as things get busy.
Assess
Review what worked, what didn't, and what to carry forward into 2027.
Is my business eligible?
The program is open to businesses inside the Garment District Alliance service area — roughly 35th to 41st Streets, between Fifth and Ninth Avenues.
