How Business Referral Groups Work

Regular Meetings

Groups of 15-40 professionals meet regularly (in-person or online) to learn each other's businesses and build referral relationships.

Protected Categories

Only one person per industry/profession per group creates a non-competitive environment where referrals are openly shared.

Chamber Members Welcome

All Manhattan Chamber members are eligible to join a BRG as openings become available.

A diverse group of professionals dedicated to building meaningful, referral-based relationships. Each member's business category is carefully protected to ensure a strong non-compete environment. Current members include experts in storage solutions, M/WBE procurement, IT implementation, shiatsu therapy, financial planning, business law, mortgage brokerage, leadership coaching, and nonprofit fundraising. Through structured meetings and a collaborative spirit, BRG 1 fosters trust and long-term partnerships.
