A custom business assessment and an online presence audit, delivered across two one-hour consultations. Up to 30 businesses go on to receive ongoing monthly coaching.
Monthly virtual workshops
Actionable training on marketing and digital transformation — the tactics that move holiday sales, timed to when you need them.
Weekly “Ask Me Anything” sessions
Drop in with whatever's on your plate that week, and network with neighboring businesses facing the same season.

Launch
Put the plan to work through the peak season, with monthly workshops and weekly support as things get busy.

Review what worked, what didn't, and what to carry forward into 2027.
Is my business eligible?
The program is open to businesses inside the Garment District Alliance service area — roughly 35th to 41st Streets, between Fifth and Ninth Avenues.
