This summer, NYC hosts the FIFA World Cup Final, America's 250th Birthday, and Fleet Week—all at once. But with hotels at 97% capacity, there simply aren't enough beds.
We're asking Mayor Mamdani, Speaker Menin, and the City Council to enact a temporary, time-limited pause on short-term rental restrictions so New York can welcome the world—and capture the economic impact.
