Five Chamber Alliance Celebrates MWBE Excellence at Annual Awards

May 13, 2025 – The Five Chamber Alliance, representing the five boroughs of New York City, proudly hosted its annual MWBE (Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises) Awards on May 13, 2025. The event, sponsored by TD Bank, honored outstanding MWBEs that have demonstrated significant achievements, innovation, and contributions to their communities.

The awards ceremony brought together business leaders, community advocates, and government officials to recognize the vital role MWBEs play in New York City's economic landscape. Special guest speakers included Commissioner of New York City's Small Business Services Department, Dynishal Gross, and Commissioner of the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP), Vilda Vera Mayuga.

"The Five Chamber Alliance is thrilled to celebrate the accomplishments of these exceptional MWBEs," said Jessica Walker, President and CEO of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. "Their resilience, innovation, and commitment to excellence are an inspiration to us all. These businesses are not only driving economic growth but also creating opportunities and strengthening the fabric of our communities."

Brooklyn:

Staten Island:

  • Danielle Raleigh, Egger's Ice Cream Parlor

Bronx:

  • Jessica Gonzalez, American Maintenance Janitorial Services & Supplies Co. Corp.
  • Kermit Middleton, Cluster Technology Group

Queens:

  • Catanya Gilliam, Nana's Love LLC
  • Maxi Lau, Maxi's Noodle

Manhattan:

  • Qiana Martin, Eat Soccer
  • Grace Figueroa, Happy Bowls
