Amid coronavirus outbreak, the Chamber opens its Help Desk to all businesses in need

Thursday, March 12, 2020

Today, the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce announced that its Help Desk will be open to all impacted businesses in New York City during the coronavirus crisis, regardless of whether they are a member of the Chamber or not. The Help Desk is connected to 20+ experts who are on standby to answer questions and offer guidance on a host of issues. In addition, the Help Desk can directly link businesses to valuable resources including complimentary services and financial assistance offered through the city’s Small Business Services Department. There is no fee for this service.

“This is an unprecedented moment when businesses are looking for help and support,” said Jessica Walker, President and CEO of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. “We are going to do everything we can to help them keep their doors open and get the answers that they need.”

Businesses in need can email the Help Desk at helpdesk@manhattancc.org or call (212) 473-7875.
