Janet B. Handal is a management consultant who applies her passion for new technologies and their ability to connect people and transform lives. She specializes digital marketing and social media and web-based technologies. Previously she served at the White House as Chair of the Task Force on Information Technology, where the team she led installed the first Internet access there and launched the first Whitehouse.gov.
A highly skilled entrepreneur, Ms Handal led the start up team for Parentgiving.com, acting as COO in the launch of its online service and store. She has co-founded and raised private equity capital for three successful ventures including ec-Finance.com, a financial services company and a company licenses products to Epson, Kodak and RR Donnelly.
Among her many projects, Janet has advised C-level executives at JPMorgan Chase on the integration and outsourcing of the technology infrastructure of its two predecessor banks. Her extensive roster of clients includes Morgan Stanley, Prudential, The New York Times and NPower New York.
