The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce has established a volunteer Ambassador Program in the fall of 2009. Led by MCC member Gil Effron of Strategies for Growth, this exclusive group is made up of current MCC members who interact with other MCC members, represent MCC at its events, and recruit new members from the community at large. They assist in giving visibility to MCC in the business community, and help the Chamber achieve its goals to increase membership and spread the word about their programs and initiatives throughout New York City. The Ambassador group is made up of members in good standing from diverse industries, interests and backgrounds and has been a member of MCC for at least one year.
